I love Harry Potter. Maybe a little too much. So living about twenty minutes from London’s Warner Bros Studio Tour is a tad dangerous. Before my most recent visit, I had been two previous times with friends and my sister when she came to visit from Canada. I will take any excuse in the world to go back again and again. I just can’t stay away!
My most recent visit coincided with the beginning of Hogwarts in the Snow, a special holiday event that features a snow-covered model of the famous wizarding school and Christmas decorations adorning the Great Hall and other sets. Visiting the studio during this event had been a major bucket list of mine so I was super thrilled to go with my boyfriend on the 23rd of November at the end of last year. And as an extra special treat, the Great Hall boasted a stunning array of decorations from the Goblet of Fire‘s Yule Ball. It was absolutely stunning and the photographs I’ve posted below do not do this event any justice. As soon as the doors opened and revealed the props and decorations from the infamous Triwizard Tournament ball I had to do everything in my power to keep my eyes dry.
